Born in Guangzhou, China, Ty spent his formative years in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, and later Olympia, Washington, where his passion for storytelling ignited during high school theatre productions.
While pursuing a B.S. in Biochemistry at the University of California, Riverside, Ty's artistic inclinations shifted towards modeling, fashion, and photography. Transitioning from in front of the camera to behind it, he quickly gained recognition as an internationally-published celebrity photographer and served as Editor-in-Chief of Desnudo Magazine Italia.
Today, Ty extends his expertise to a diverse clientele in the fashion industry, counting SHEIN, Alieva, Quirk Los Angeles, Marie Claire Nigeria and Vogue Italia among his clients.
